Product Warranty

Rocky Talkie warrants that for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase, the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship. Should a defect occur during the two (2) year warranty period, Rocky Talkie will repair or replace the defective product or component part at its option, free of charge. Any replacement products provided are under warranty only for the remainder of the original warranty period. 

This warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser and is not transferable. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty performance. If the original proof of purchase cannot be provided, Rocky Talkie will use the product’s manufacture date as the start of the warranty period.

The warranty does not cover: water damage or cosmetic damage, ie wear, tear, scuffs, scratches, or scrapes; damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, or shock; lost or stolen items, improper use or storage of the product; unauthorized modifications or repairs.
